1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Moment, a photo-sharing service for events. By creating an account or uploading photos, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information when registering.
3. User Content & Photos
You retain ownership of the photos you upload. By uploading, you grant the event host and other guests a limited license to view and download them within the event album. You may delete your own photos at any time.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to upload content that is unlawful, harassing, infringing, or otherwise objectionable. Other contributors may request removal of photos that violate these standards or make them uncomfortable; the host may remove such content.
5. Events & Guests
Event hosts control their event settings and contributor limits. Free events support a limited number of contributors; paid tiers expand this capacity. Albums remain available for a limited period after the event ends.
6. Limitation of Liability
Moment is provided on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
7. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
